BICC Ops on your phone

The operations system as an app on iPhone and Android, with notifications. Free, nothing to download from a store.

iPhone and iPad

This phone

The BICC certificate must be on the phone (ICT installs it once). Then: Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings → switch on BICC.
Open https://operations.biccgm.com in Safari.
Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.
Open BICC Ops from the Home Screen and sign in.
For notifications: in the app, your name (top right) → Profile → Phone notifications → Turn on, and allow. (iPhone needs iOS 16.4 or later.)

Android

This phone

The BICC certificate must be on the phone (ICT installs it once).
Open https://operations.biccgm.com in Chrome.
Open BICC Ops from the home screen and sign in.
For notifications: your name (top right) → Profile → Phone notifications → Turn on, and allow.

Away from the centre

The system is only on the BICC network. Outside the centre, switch on the BICC VPN in the WireGuard app first; ICT gives you access. Without it the app shows “Can't reach BICC Operations”.

Notifications arrive anywhere, even without the VPN. Opening what they are about needs the BICC Wi-Fi or the VPN.
